Habits dictate outcome. You do the same thing the same way enough times and you’ll form a habit. You form a good habit and life will be better. You form a bad habit and … well … you know what happens.
Habits form futures.
Habits drive outcomes.
Habits determine the difference in abundant life and mediocrity.
Show me your habits and I will show you your future!
Take this inventory …
  1. What activities do you do every day? List the top 5.
  2. What 10 foods do you eat on a regular basis? Show me your food and I’ll show you your waste-line.
  3. Who are your closest 5 friends? You will end up where they are 🙂
The activities you do daily, the food you take in out of habit and the people you spend the most time with will take you to your future … these are your habits. They are have more control over you than you realize.
